ONLINE GIVING

MAKE AN IMPACT

Want to join us in our mission of reaching people with the life-giving message of Jesus? Your generosity enables us to help more and more people experience a life-changing relationship with Him. We are truly grateful for your donation and hope the convenience and simplicity of online giving will be helpful to you.

Financial giving can be divided into two categories: tithes and offerings. The Bible teaches us that we worship the Lord with our tithe, which is the first ten percent of our income contributed to the church on a regular basis. When we feel called to give over and above our tithe, we do so as an offering.

WHY DO WE GIVE?

  • We believe the top competitor for our devotion to Jesus is money (Matthew 6:24).  Giving allows us to demonstrate that He is more important to us than material things.
  • We believe you can’t outgive God, so when you’re trusting Him with your tithes and offerings we know that He will bless the rest (Proverbs 3:9-10 and Malachi 3:10-12).
  • We think Christians should be the most generous people (2 Corinthians 9:6) on earth to support worthy causes, and there is no organization with more potential to change the world than the local church (Ephesians 3:10)!

WHAT IS TITHING?

  • A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income that is to be given back to the local church.  Tithing is a principle that is taught throughout the entire Bible and, for the New Testament believer, should be the beginning of our giving, rather than the end.  When we tithe, we are expressing worship in a tangible way by putting God first in our lives.
  • Bringing our tithes is an opportunity for us to give God our thanks, show God we trust Him, and fight against greed in our hearts...all while allowing us to be a part of the most important work in life that is spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ!
